How we handle your data.
This page is maintained by the Yogutide team to answer common security and privacy questions about yogutide.com. It is editable owner content, not an independent certification.
Last updated: June 2026. For questions or requests, write to eva@yogutide.com.
Only what the site needs to work.
When you join our waitlist or subscribe to the Journal, we store your email address and the page you subscribed from. When you place a pre-order, we process the details needed to fulfil that order through our commerce provider. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Authentication and admin.
Sign-in is handled by our managed authentication provider. Administrative access to publish Journal posts is restricted to named team members through a role-based system enforced on the server, not in the browser.
Row-level access controls.
Our database has row-level security enabled on every table that stores user-submitted data. Newsletter and waitlist records are write-only from the browser — only privileged server processes can read them. Blog images live in a private storage bucket and are served through short-lived signed links minted by the server.
Who helps us run the site.
We use third-party providers for hosting, database and storage, commerce (Shopify), and transactional email. We choose providers that publish their own security and privacy commitments. A current list is available on request from eva@yogutide.com.
Access, correction, deletion.
You can ask us at any time to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Send the request from the email address on file to eva@yogutide.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Security contact.
