Right of withdrawal

1. Your right

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, counted from the day you or someone on your behalf receives the goods. You do not need to give a reason. You must notify us within the 14-day period, in an unambiguous way, for example by email to info@yogutide.com or by using the form below.

For pre-orders we go further than the law requires: you can cancel and have a full refund at any time before your order ships, in addition to the statutory 14 days after delivery.

2. Returning the goods

Return the goods without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you notified us. You may inspect the product, but you are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and properties. You cover the direct cost of the return unless we have said otherwise. Because this is a chilled food product, please contact us before returning it so we can agree how.

3. Refunds

We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the goods back, or until you have documented that they have been sent. Refunds go to the same payment method you used.
