The recipe is being finalised. Here's what's settled, and what isn't yet.

Settled. Fermented oat drink, cultured with a single live culture (Limosilactobacillus reuteri), apple juice, black tea, chicory root fibre (inulin) and cinnamon, carbonated. 330 ml, keep refrigerated. Contains oats.

Our promise. We'll tell you exactly what's in the can. We'll tell you when we don't know something. And we'll be honest about how this is going, including the batches that go wrong. The final ingredient list and the full nutrition declaration go up here before pre-orders open November 10. Nothing is charged until you claim your place in November, and you can cancel before shipping.
